Chinatown Library To Host Free Tai Chi Class Saturday

CHINATOWN — The Chinatown Branch of the Chicago Public Library will host a “Tai Chi for Beginners” class on Saturday.

The free class runs from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the library, 2100 S. Wentworth Ave.

The one-hour class will teach students 24 movements of the low-impact Chinese exercise, which focuses on relaxation, breathing and coordination.
