PORTAGE PARK — A piano and violin concert by Michael Schneider and Eric Hiller will take place Jan. 24 at the Stahl Family Theatre.
Schneider and Hiller will perform two never-before-heard compositions as well as Johannes Brahms' "F Minor Sonata," organizers said.
The concert at 2 p.m. Jan. 24 is the third of four planned concerts in the LaSallian Lounge on the second floor of the Stahl Family Theatre.
Schneider has a master's degree from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and is a student of Igor Fedotov. Hiller is a graduate of Roosevelt University and serves as organist for the First Methodist Church of Oak Lawn, organizers said.
Tickets are $25 and include wine, coffee, tea and snacks provided by All on the Road of Park Ridge.
The Stahl Family Theatre is located inside St. Patrick High School at 5900 W. Belmont Ave. and has free parking.
