Andersonville Winter Farmers Market Returns Sunday

ANDERSONVILLE — The Andersonville Winter Farmers Market will kick off its 2016 season Sunday.

The market will take place from noon-3 p.m. on the ground floor of the Swedish American Museum, 5211 N. Clark St. The market  will continue on Feb. 21, March 20 and April 17, according to the website.

Vendors will sell locally produced cheese, meat, eggs, baked goods, empanandas, kale burgers and produce. Local accordionist Heather Riordan will perform at the market, said Joan Obendorf, manager of the market.

Vendors include Amazing Kale Burgers, B True, Bennisons, C&D Family Farms, Frosty Productions and Hinton Cannery.
