BOYSTOWN — Two men and a woman were hospitalized with stab wounds after a domestic dispute in Boystown early Saturday morning, police said.

Around 3:15 a.m., the three got into an argument inside a residence in the 600 block of West Melrose Street, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

Though a freelance news photographer at the scene said the three were roommates, Estrada said it's yet unclear what relationship they all had with one another, or who stabbed whom. The incident left all three with severe stab wounds, he said.

The men, 20 and 23, were brought to Illinois Masonic Hospital, Estrada said. One of the men was stabbed twice in his left thigh and the other was stabbed in his stomach and upper torso. Police could not immediately identify which man received which injury.

The woman, 24, was taken to Saint Joseph Hospital with multiple lacerations on her hand, Estrada said.

All three people were listed in good condition, Estrada said.
