CHICAGO — Happy New Year, friends.
A large crowd turned out Downtown Thursday night for the big New Year's celebration dubbed Chi-Town Rising, bringing live bands and a huge shining star rising up the side of the Hyatt Regency to crowds of revelers who braved the chilly night.
