CHICAGO — We may be in for some rain, sleet and snow Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Though it's too early to tell how much of the "wintry mix" we’ll see, weather watchers say a strong winter storm system is on the way.

By Saturday morning, low clouds and light rain will move into the area and increase through the afternoon. On Sunday, conditions will be drier, cool and breezy.

A storm is expected to sweep through the city Monday, bringing with it some "mixed precipitation."
