Chicago Helicopter Experience
BRIDGEPORT — The bosses behind Chicago Helicopter Experience will host a community forum to give neighborhood folks a chance to share concerns and ask questions.
The forum is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday at the heliport, 2420 S. Halsted St.
In 2014, when Trevor Heffernan introduced plans to build the heliport in Bridgeport, residents met him with mixed reactions, concerned about helicopter noise and safety.
After Chicago Helicopter Experience opened on the Chicago River, neighbors seemed fine with it.
Tours of the facility will be available after the forum.
