AUBURN GRESHAM — Two men were killed in separate shootings within an hour of each other in Auburn Gresham on Thursday, police said. 

At 5:20 p.m., police responding to a call of shots being fired discovered an unresponsive 21-year-old man in an alley in the 7000 block of South Winchester Avenue.

The man has been identified as Willie Clifton, of the 7900 block of South Wood Street, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Clifton was pronounced dead on the scene, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

At 4:30 p.m., a 21-year-old man was sitting in a parked car in the 8300 block of South Ada Street when someone walked up and shot him multiple times, Sedevic said. 

He has been identified as Christopher Keys, of the 1100 block of South Artesian Avenue, according to the medical examiner.

Keys was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, Sedevic said. 

No one is in custody, Sedevic said.
