Chicago Police are looking for more information and warning residents of the Chicago Lawn (8th) District of child luring and sexual exploitation, which happened on or near the 3800 block of West 59th Street on Nov. 23 and 24 and Dec. 11, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Police said the man is 20-30 years old and white.

The girl reported that the man, driving a medium-sized gray four-door vehicle, approached her on three separate occasions and offered her a ride, according to police. She said the third time the man was fondling himself.
