ANDERSONVILLE — A collection of Andersonville shops is offering great deals and events to keep you in the holiday spirit this weekend including free gift wrapping, a photo op with sexy reindeer, live music and more at Late-er Night Andersonville.
From 6-10 p.m. Friday, local businesses invite the community out for a night of deals and holiday cheer similar to Late Night Andersonville.
The schedule:
• From 4-10 p.m. at Vignette Vignette, 5407 N. Clark St.: Gift-making open house, which includes painting holiday cards, decorating ceramic stoneware plates, cups, vases, beads and seasonal directions. Walk in, pick a project and create with the staff.
• From 6-8 p.m. at the Swedish American Museum, 5211 N. Clark St.: Head to the museum for free photos with Santa.
• From 6-10 p.m. at Andersonville Galleria, 5247 N. Clark St.: The Galleria will host a tasting of Terry's Toffee.
• From 6-11 p.m. at Brimfield, 5219 N. Clark St.: Enjoy holiday cocktails and live music at the local home decor shop.
• From 7-9 p.m. at Marguerite Gardens, 5059 N. Clark St.: Head to the flower shop for live music.
• From 7:30-10 p.m., at George's Ice Cream and Sweets, 5306 N. Clark St.: eco-Andersonville will provide all the materials to environmentally friendly wrap a gift including unique gift wrap, shredders, crimpers and more.
• From 6-9 p.m. at Room Service Chicago, 5438 N. Clark St.: Take photos with sexy reindeer at the vintage home furnishings shop.
• From 6-10 p.m. at Milk Handmade, 5137 N. Clark St.: Local designer Sophia Reyes will host a trunk show along with a cocktail tasting with Crafthouse Cocktails.
• From 7-9 p.m. at Murray & White, 5416 N. Clark St.: Enjoy songs from the Merry Carolers.
