LAKEVIEW — We're gonna need a good strong dose of the Force to make it through the final week before "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" arrives in theaters Dec. 18.

To help you through the struggle, here are three "Star Wars" happenings in the coming week in Lakeview:

The Bartender Strikes Back: Holly Reid, creator of Spritz Burger's "Game of Thrones" cocktails, put her thinking cap back on for December. Her "Bartender Strikes Back" cocktail menu includes some seriously tricked out drinks that glow with the intensity of a light saber, and they're probably much safer to ingest. Try them out at Spritz Burger, 3819 N. Broadway, through the end of the month.

Starting tonight! All month long, embrace your inner Jedi with Star Wars cocktails, exclusively at SpritzBurger!

Catch Up on All Six Movies (Sort Of): Want to recap all six previous "Star Wars" movies but don't have 13 hours to spare? Under The Gun Theater, 956 W. Newport Ave., has your back with a one-hour parody recap, "Space Warps: Revenge of the Recaps." The show is directed by Kevin Mullaney, who created a similar "Game of Thrones" recap ahead of the fifth season. The show is $20 and runs 7:30 p.m. Thursdays-Sundays until Dec. 27.

Win a Star Wars Pinball Machine: If your lightning reflexes could best Obi Wan, pinball is your jam. Why not show off your skills during the Star Wars giveaway at Headquarters? The Lakeview beercade, 2833 N. Sheffield Ave., is giving away a Star Wars pinball machine through a Facebook contest. The winner will be chosen during a party that starts at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The beercade promises drink specials and Star Wars trivia, with plenty of geeking out on the side.
