BEVERLY — The Beverly branch of the Chicago Public Library will host its Nutcracker Ball from 1- 3 p.m. Saturday.

The library at 1962 W. 95th St. welcomes children of all ages to the holiday party that will include a reading of "The Nutcracker" by Susan Jeffers. Attendees are also invited to participate in an ornament-making activity, dancing and a sing-along.

Refreshments will be available. Registration is required for this program either by visiting the branch or by calling 312-747-9673.
