Police Warn O'Hare Neighborhood Residents About 4 Burglaries

O'HARE — Five homes in the O'Hare neighborhood have been burglarized in recent weeks, police warned Thursday.

The incidents happened in the:

• 5200 block of north Potawatomie Street between 6-7:12 p.m. on Oct. 28
• 5400 block of north East River Road, between 9 a.m. Nov. 13 and 11:20 a.m. Saturday
• 8500 block of west Catalpa Avenue at 3 p.m. Sunday
• 8500 block of west Carmen Avenue between 7 and 9:35 p.m. Monday.

The burglars entered the homes and apartments through doors and windows and took electronics, jewelry and cash, police said.
