NORWOOD PARK — Jefferson Park Police District Cmdr. Roger Bay will discuss crime on the Far Northwest Side at a meeting of the Oriole Park Community Club set for Monday, organizers said.

Bay has led the Jefferson Park Police District since April 2014.

A Dunning resident, Bay took over the district that includes most of the Far Northwest Side after he was promoted from the No. 2 job in the Harrison District on Chicago's West Side.

Bay frequently touts the Jefferson Park Police District's status as the safest in the city, based on crime data complied by the city.

Bay will take questions at the meeting set for 7 p.m. Monday in the Oriole Park field house, 5430 N. Olcott Ave.
