CHICAGO — A shooting in Humboldt Park killed one man and left two others injured, police said.

At 8 p.m. Friday, a 51-year-old man was outside in the 1400 block of North Kildare Avenue with two younger men, who are 19 and 27 years old. Two men walked up, opened fired and ran away, said Officer Janel Sedevic, Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The 51-year-old man was hit in his abdomen and taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Sedevic said. He was identified as Felex McGhee, of the 1400 block of North Kildare, in Cook County Medical Examiner's records. He was pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m. Saturday.

The 27-year-old man was hit in his leg and arm and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, and the 19-year-old  man was hit in his abdomen, arm and buttocks and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, Sedevic said.

Witnesses are being uncooperative with the investigation, police said.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
