LAKESHORE EAST — The developer who wants to build a 93-story hotel-and-condominium tower on the Chicago River showed off new renderings of the supertall project last week.

Chicago-based Magellan Development, which is partnering with Chinese conglomerate Wanda for its proposed Vista Tower at 381-383 E. Wacker Drive, shared hotel and condo interiors as well as other images during its second community meeting Oct. 26.

The revised plan includes minor tweaks featuring more lighting and landscaping around the tower, a temporary dog park on the northeast corner of the development site, and a slightly taller, yet still 93-story frustum-shaped tower designed by star architect Jeanne Gang.
