CHICAGO — A man was shot during a "domestic-related altercation" early Saturday in Morgan Park, police said.

A 4:10 a.m., the man, who is 31 years old, was in the 11700 block of South Church Street when he was shot in his abdomen, right arm and left hand, said Officer Janel Sedevic, Chicago Police spokeswoman. The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition.

The shooter is in custody and charges are pending, Sedevic said.
