CHICAGO — Uber will be delivering free costumes and Snicker bars in Chicago starting Friday.
Uber is offering clown, banana, princess and hippie costumes along with a free Snickers bar. Though the delivery comes with a $5 fee, the costume and candy are free.
You can use your Uber app to order the costumes and candy from 3-8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. New users can avoid the delivery fee by entering the code "UberCOSTUMES" when signing up.
Uber expects demand to be high and encouraged users to try again if they encounter problems.
