Average Logan Square Home Sells in 12 Days, Data Shows

LOGAN SQUARE — Homes in Logan Square are selling at one of the fastest rates in the city.

Analysis found that the median number of days on the market for homes in the neighborhood was just 12 days.

The only neighborhoods in Chicago with faster-selling homes were the West Loop and Roscoe Village, which were tied with a median of nine days on the market, and Wicker Park at 10 days on the market, according to Redfin.

Citywide, a typical home sold in 24 days, according to the real estate company's analysis.

Redfin analyzed a three-month period ending Sept. 31.

The neighborhood's median sale price was $318,000.

North Center had the highest median sale price in Chicago, at $537,000, followed by Bucktown at $525,700. Lincoln Park came in third at $499,700.
