UPTOWN — Since the CTA launched a $203 million project to rebuild Uptown's Wilson Red Line Station, residents have experienced their fair share of woes, from dusty hairdos to traffic congestion.
A new video offers a different perspective: In a time lapse video first posted on Uptown Update, Luke Starkenburg chronicles the construction from above the tracks for the past year.
According to the description, Starkenburg "shot several scenes before construction began to show historic track viaducts that have since been torn down" and "also took timelapse shots of the corridor between Lawrence and Granville Stations showing the Red Line local trains and the Purple Line Express trains."
