CHICAGO — How hot are the Cubs right now?

So popular, more than a million people signed up for a chance to buy tickets online for the National League Championship Series.

The Cubs selected the winners of the NLCS raffle Wednesday night, so if you didn't get an email saying you won, you're out of luck. People who got an email get the chance to buy four tickets at noon Friday.

Fans can continue to register for the lottery for a chance to buy World Series tickets. That registration period ends at noon Friday.

As for NLCS tickets, there are still resale markets like StubHub, which has tickets for Game 3 at Wrigley (scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 20) starting at $449, and Game 4 (Wednesday, Oct. 21) at $485.

Tickets on VividSeats for Game 3 and Game 4 start at similar prices.

Even though the Cubs had a better record than either their prospective NLCS opponents, they are the lower seeded team because they came out of the Wild Card game. Here's the schedule for the NLCS:

Saturday: Game 1 at Mets or Dodgers (6:30 p.m. CT)

Sunday: Game 2 at Mets or Dodgers (6:30 p.m. CT)

Tuesday, Oct. 20: Game 3 at Wrigley Field (Time, TBD)

Wednesday, Oct. 21: Game 4 at Wrigley Field (Time, TBD)

Thursday, Oct. 22: Game 5 (if necessary) at Wrigley Field (Time, TBD)

Saturday, Oct. 24: Game 6 (if necessary) at Mets or Dodgers (Time, TBD)

Sunday, Oct. 25: Game 7 (if necessary) at Mets or Dodgers (Time, TBD)

The Cubs and Wrigley Field are 95 percent owned by a trust established for the benefit of the family of Joe Ricketts, owner and CEO of DNAinfo.com. Joe Ricketts has no direct involvement in the management of the iconic team.
