After the Cubs knocked off the Cardinals to win the NLDS on Tuesday, the Cubs ended up on pitcher Jon Lester's rooftop deck with megafan Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam.
With several Cubs arm-in-arm, and lots of phone cameras rolling, Vedder led them in his Cubs anthem "All The Way."
