ANDERSONVILLE — If you've ever attempted to order a Royale with Cheese instead of a Quarter Pounder or have recited Ezekiel 25:17 to random strangers, there's a spot for you at Elixir this week as the bar celebrates the classic movie "Pulp Fiction."
The Quentin Tarantino film was released on Oct. 14, 1994, and to celebrate, the Elixir Lounge, 1509 W. Balmoral Ave., will be serving up "Pulp Fiction"-themed drinks until Sunday.
The menu includes:
• Ezekiel 25:17: Larceny Bourbon, Watershed Nocino, cynar, dry curacao, bitters and peep
• Honey Bunny: Ford's Gin, St. Germain, honey, carrot and lemon
• Royale with Cheese: Pork Larceny Bourbon, barley malt, bitters, toasted parmesan and orange
• Say What Again: Sage Alipus Mezcal, Luxardo Marascino, Green Chartreuse and lime
• Yolanda Be Cool: Aylesburg Duck Vodka, St. George Pear Brandy, lime, simple and cucumber
• Zed's Dead: El Dorado 5-year-old rum, overproof rum, Black Strap, Rum, lime, grapefruit, falernum, cinnamon, grenadine and mint.
