ENGLEWOOD — Come out and step for a cause on Oct. 16.
"Steppin' Against Domestic Violence" is hosted by the Englewood District CAPS Domestic Violence subcommittee.
Residents can enjoy a free evening of stepping to music by DJ Eric "ET" Taylor from V103 FM Radio. The event will be from 5-9 p.m. at Ogden Park, 6500 S. Racine Ave.
The event is free, but in order to step, each participant is required to bring a toiletry. Items such as toothpaste, deodorant, soap, etc. are appreciated. They will be distributed to Englewood community shelters.
