GREATER GRAND CROSSING — A 2-year-old boy was accidentally shot in his leg early Tuesday morning, police said.

Around 1:45 a.m., the boy was at his home in the 7000 block of South Harper Avenue when an "accidental discharge" grazed his leg, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The boy was taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, Estrada said.

Police said they're questioning a member of the boy's family, but no charges have been filed yet.
