CHICAGO — Cards Against Humanity, the not-so-politically correct card game, is funding a full-ride scholarship to a woman who wants to study science, technology, engineering or math in college.

The woman who receives the scholarship will have all of her tuition paid for four years starting in fall 2016, according to a Cards Against Humanity news release. To apply, applicants must create a three-minute video that explains a scientific topic they are passionate about and submit it online at ScienceAmbassadorScholarship.org.

Applicants must be U.S. residents in high school or college and must identify as a woman, according to Cards Against Humanity. Applications are due by Dec. 1.

“We created this scholarship because we want to put a spotlight on women who are passionate about science,” said Jenn Bane, Cards Against Humanity community director.

“It’s so important that young girls know they have a future in any field they want to explore, especially math and science, which are historically male-dominated fields. We felt like we could make a huge impact in this area by funding a woman’s education, and helping her become an ambassador for her field.”

The money will come from proceeds of card game's "Science Pack," which costs $10 and is available online. The pack has raised more than $500,000 so far, according to Cards Against Humanity.
