BRIDGEPORT — The Zhou B Art Center welcomes the neighborhood to check out several galleries at its monthly “Third Friday” gathering.

Here’s a look at what you’ll find at the center (1029 W. 35th St.) from 7-10 p.m. Friday:

“Journey to Art”

On the center’s first floor, you’ll find works from the first collaboration between the Zhou B Art Center and the Ed Paschke Art Center in Jefferson Park. The exhibit will feature more than 20 of the late Paschke’s paintings in a gallery usually reserved for the Zhou Brothers’ work.

Paschke, who died in 2004, was one of the first artists to welcome to Zhou Brothers to Chicago in 1986, when they opened their gallery in Bridgeport.

On the second floor, the center will feature its annual showcase of more than 100 artists affiliated with the Zhou Brothers. There will be works from all mediums, including painting, photography, performance, video, sculpture, printmaking and encaustic painting.

Eat Art

On both floors, visitors can enjoy the culinary art of Kenmare Catering at their Eat Art Pavilions.
