LOGAN SQUARE — An American-Chinese takeout spot attached to Logan Square's Lost Lake tiki bar has started serving lunch.

Thank You Chinese, 3152 W. Diversey Ave., also will be adding some seating on the Thank You side for diners.

The menu will feature a variety of street sandwiches including chopped beef brisket with Schezwan sauce, cabbage and pickles; pork belly with egg, cheese and peppers and eggplant with sesame, garlic and chilis.

The sandwiches are based on "rou jia mo," also known as Chinese hamburgers.

All sandwiches will be served with prawn chips.

The lunch menu also include Dan Dan noodles in two varieties; one topped with vegetables, peanuts and lime and the other with minced beef, cabbage, radish and sweet bean sauce.

There also will be rice bowls with twice-cooked pork with Chinese mustard greens, cucumbers and vinegar.

Extras will include a daily rotating salad, egg rolls, pork and shrimp and fermented vegetables.
