"Ozzie came by. We gave him the first slice of cake," said Domenic Mancini, whom along with his wife, Lucia, operate's Lucia's Gourmet Italian cuisine, a popular deli, restaurant and catering service.
Located at 1825 W. North Ave., Lucia's opened on Aug. 6, 2002. The Mancinis celebrated their business anniversary last Thursday with cake and coffee.
