THE LOOP — It's 2015; Paul McCartney is headlining Lollapalooza, and fanny packs are back.

Lolla promoter C3 Presents is once again opening a pop-up store full of merchandise in advance of the three-day music festival invading Grant Park next week

This year's fashions include crop tops, "athleisure" and t-shirts featuring the 1993 festival poster, C3 Event Merchandise Manager Stacey Rodrigues said.

Another hot item? Fanny packs.

"You get the best selection [at the store]," Rodrigues said. "Things sell out quickly on-site."

This summer marks the 10th time Lollapalooza is playing Grant Park, and C3 has struck new partnerships for the occasion.

Brooklyn Cloth has designed a Lolla-branded line including a varsity jacket, and New Era caps is offering Lollapalooza baseball hats that pop-up shoppers can hook up with patches. Other retailers include Toms, Souldier, and Grand Trunk, with the store's most expensive items being $65 skateboards.

Dave Matthews says Lolla seems to transcend music these days:

Shoppers who attend the store's grand opening at 10 a.m. tomorrow will be treated to free mimosas and pastries from La Boulangerie. From 5 to 8 p.m. tomorrow there will be free cupcakes from Baked By Melissa, free wine and a set by Lolla performer DJ Zebo.

Lolla poster artist Tony Fitzpatrick will also be on hand to sign copies of his book.

There will also be a selfie booth making montages and GIFs, and another machine that will print Instagram photos tagged #lollashop or #smileboothselfie. Those who print their pics will enter a raffle drawing for $500 worth of merchandise.

For women, Blowtique will be braiding and accessorizing hair from $10 to $30.

The shop at 108 N. State St. will be open from Friday to Monday, Aug. 3. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. The store will also be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. during festival days.

Check out the slideshow for more photos from the store before it opens.
