BRIDGEPORT — The Bridgeport Bombers Softball team will open its first round of tryouts for the 2016 season on Sunday.
The tryouts will happen at the Bomber's Training Academy, 4425 S. Western Ave., running from 5-6:30 p.m. for players ages 9 and 10. For players ages 11-14, tryouts go from 6:30-8 p.m.
The second round of tryouts will happen at Armour Square Park, 3301 S. Shields Ave., running from 6:3-8 p.m.
