CHICAGO — Celebrity chef Graham Elliot is helping make an exclusive menu for Horse Thief Hollow's Summer Swelter party.
The restaurant and brewing company, 10426 S. Western Ave., will create a special menu with the help of chef and owner Neil Byers and Elliot, an award-winning chef from Morgan Park who runs Graham Elliot Bistro in West Town. The menu will be available at Summer Swelter, a craft beer party.
Environmental Enroachment will perform during the party, which will feature craft beer from Horse Thief Hollow, Revolution Brewing, One Trick Pony, Marz Community Brewing and Imperial Oak.
Summer Swelter is 6-9 p.m. Saturday. Tickets will be sold at the event, and each ticket will include one entree or one beer.
Tickets are three for $20. Proceeds from the event will go to the Beverly Area Arts Alliance.
