LINCOLN PARK — The highest priced home listed in Chicago (and, according to its listing, "the most beautiful property in the city or suburbs") has found a buyer, according to reports.

The Lincoln Park mansion at 1955 N. Burling St. was listed at $18.75 million. No sale price was announced as the contract is pending.

The seven-bedroom home, which covers five city lots, features an in-house movie theater with its own lobby, a six-car garage and a two-bedroom guest house.

The 20,000-square-foot house sold last week, according to Tribune report.

The house was completed in 2004 and also includes a garden area south of the main residence that takes its design cues from the Dumbarton Oaks estate in Washington, D.C., according to the listing agent, Janet Owen of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff.

The home was owned by Tampa Bay Rays part-owner Timothy Mullen, according to the Tribune.

The listing called it "a true estate" with a two-bedroom private guest house "and incredible lawn and gardens."

"This is not just a house, it is a lifestyle beyond compare which exceeds all expectations," according to the listing.

The property is on five lots and has an indoor swimming pool. "Although surrounded by mansions, there is nothing remotely like the beauty and privacy of this magnificent offering," according to the listing.

Annual property taxes were listed at $165,480.
