CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was wounded in a possible drive-by shooting Monday afternoon in West Town, police said.

Around 3 p.m., the man was in the 2200 block of West Walnut Street when he was shot in his right hand, said Officer Veejay Zala, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to John H. Stroger Hospital in good condition, Zala said.
