CHICAGO — A 4-year-old boy was critically injured Wednesday night after falling from a window in Greater Grand Crossing, police said.

Around 8:30 p.m., the boy fell from a window on the sixth floor of a building in the 6500 block of South King Drive, said Officer Anna Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The child was taken to Comer Children's Hospital where he was listed in critical condition, Pacheco said.

No further information was available.
