The four-bedroom condominium on the 52nd floor of the tower, 11 E. Walton St., was completely custom-designed and features views in all directions, according to a listing.

The condo's dues run nearly $6,000 per month, and taxes were nearly $104,000 in 2013, according to the listing. Trader Igor Chernomzav paid nearly $8.2 million in 2010 for the condo, according to Chicago magazine.
Tim Salm of Jameson Sotheby's International Realty is handling the sale. Salm and Chernomzav did not immediately return messages seeking comment. Check out more photos of the condo below.
