AVONDALE — Fans of Irish dance have an opportunity to meet one of the lords of leaping Tuesday when Colin Dunne appears at Chief O'Neill's Pub.
Perhaps best known as a performer and choreographer with "Riverdance," Dunne most recently has been touring with his first full-length solo show "Out of Time."
In Chicago for a stint as an artist-in-residence with Trinity Irish Dance Company, Dunne will be stopping by Chief O'Neill's, 3471 N. Elston Ave., from 7-10 p.m. in support of Trinity's dancers, who will perform the troupe's new work "Push."
Tickets are $60 in advance or $70 at the door. The cost of admission includes the dance performance, food and free alcoholic beverages until 8 p.m. (cash bar thereafter).
To buy tickets, call 877-326-2328 Ext. 302 or email cynthia.oblein.trinity@gmail.com.
