CHICAGO — One man was killed and two other people were wounded in a shooting in Austin Sunday, police said.

Around 6:20 p.m., the three were standing in the street in the 900 block of North Lorel Avenue when a man walked up to them and opened fire, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

A 36-year-old man was shot multiple time and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition. A 31-year-old man was shot in his right leg and drove himself to West Suburban Hospital, where he's in fair condition, Estrada said.

Another 31-year-old man was shot in multiple times in his back. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Estrada said.

He was identified as Bradon Floyd, of the 5500 block of West Cortland Avenue. He was pronounced dead at 1:10 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
