A three-bedroom home on a wide lot in the heart of Bucktown has hit the market for $990,000.

Bonnie Briskin with Baird & Warner has listed 1648 W. Wabansia, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom single-family home with 2,400 square feet.

The open floor plan is perfect for a family, Briskin says. There are three levels of room as well as outdoor space.

A spacious family room and bedroom are on the lower level, meaning lots of room for children to play. The dining room, kitchen and living room are on the main level; and the master bedroom and another bedroom are on the top level.

A large back deck is off of the living room, for even more space. The home also has a detached two-car garage.

The kitchen has been updated with all high-end appliances. There are granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, custom cabinets and a six-burner Wolf stove. Additional features include vaulted cathedral ceilings and skylights, making the home open and bright.
