CHICAGO — A 31-year-old man was grazed by a bullet while driving on Lake Shore Drive near the Gold Coast early Wednesday.
Around 1:30 a.m., the man was driving southbound in the 1000 block of North Lake Shore Drive when a man opened fire from a gray Mustang, grazing his elbow, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man refused medical attention and no one is in custody for the shooting, Estrada said.
