CHICAGO — Three officers were hospitalized after their car was hit by another vehicle in Austin Tuesday night.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Lavergne Avenue around 8:15 p.m., said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The three officers were taken to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, Sedevic said.
Charges are pending against the driver of the other car, Sedevic said.
