ROGERS PARK — The Evanston Police Department plans to set up a drunken driving checkpoint on Howard Street this weekend.
The special Memorial Day weekend effort will take place in the 1100 block of West Howard Street in Evanston, or the 2300 block of Howard in Chicago.
The checkpoint will be active Friday and Saturday nights.
