ENGLEWOOD — Orientation for free computer training begins Monday in Englewood.
Hope Technology and Education Center, or HOPE TEC, is a nonprofit that serves technologically disadvantaged communities. The organization is registering people for its free five-week computer training program that meets twice a week from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Orientation starts at 10 a.m. Monday at the center, 1354 W. 61st St.
The weekday classes are for people on all levels — beginners through advanced. The training will include Microsoft Office certification training. A one-time application fee and program materials fee is required.
