CHICAGO — A man and woman were wounded in a shooting Wednesday morning in Englewood, police said.
The two, both age 25, were riding in a car in the 1900 block of West 73rd Street when a red truck pulled alongside them and someone inside opened fire, striking both of them, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The woman was struck in her left shoulder and taken to Christ Medical Center in good condition. The man was stuck in his left bicep and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, Sedevic said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
