CHICAGO — A man was critically injured early Thursday in a crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway, police said.
Around 3:30 a.m., a 40-year-old man was driving southbound in the right lane of the Ryan near 87th street when his car sideswiped another vehicle then hit a concrete barrier, said Sgt. Rodney Collins of the Illinois State Police.
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was listed in critical condition, Collins said.
