GLADSTONE PARK — Hockey fans may want to try their luck and enter St. Tarcissus School's raffle for a chance at winning an autographed Jonathan Toews Chicago Blackhawks jersey.

The Gladstone Park school is also raffling off a jersey signed by 1980 U.S. Olympic defenseman Jack O'Callahan, who helped the American Miracle on Ice team beat the Soviet Union on its way to a gold medal.

Winners will be chosen at the sixth annual A Night at the Races fundraiser set for May 9 at the Gladstone Park school, 6040 N. Ardmore Ave. Winners will be notified by phone if not present, organizers said.

St. Cornelius, Our Lady of Victory, St. Pascal and St. Tarcissus schools will be consolidated into one school over the next year, with the new school opening in fall 2016-17, according to the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Tickets are $10 each or three for $20 and are available at either the school or the rectory office.
