CHICAGO — A man died in a car accident early Thursday in West Town, police said.
At 3:10 a.m., a 37-year-old man was driving his SUV northbound when he struck a light pole and a parked car in the 600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, said Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, Cooper said.
Police are investigating the accident.
