CHICAGO — Police have released photos of teens they say stole cell phones from Green Line train riders.

The thefts occurred at 8:50 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Thursday as the train approached the Pulaski station at 4000 W. Lake St., police said.

The teens grabbed the cell phones of passengers sitting near the doors and fled the train when the doors opened, officials said.

Police described the thieves as between 14 and 18 years of age.

Anyone with information is asked to call 312-744-8263.
