NORWOOD PARK — Students looking for something to do this summer — or hoping to get a head start on next year's classes — can take classes or attend camps at Resurrection College Prep High School, officials said.

High school students — both boys and girls — can take classes for credit in art, music, math, science, religious studies and world languages at Resurrection College Prep, 7500 W. Talcott Ave.

Technology classes for high school students are also available, and include three-dimensional animation and a maker’s lab workshop. Writing classes are also offered as well as math ACT Prep, study skills and college essay writing.

Students in sixth through eighth grade can take enrichment classes in mathematics, digital literacy and research, drama, forensic science and Latin. Technology classes will also include a maker’s lab workshop, basic robotics and video/movie creation.

Athletic camps for girls are open to girls entering fifth through 12th grades, with some spots available for girls in first through fourth grades. Camps will be offered in basketball, bowling, golf, lacrosse, running, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball.

Resurrection will also host a week-long science camp for girls and boys in first through sixth from from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 29 to July 3.
