The property at 1845 N. Mohawk St. is deemed a "techno mansion" because of its loads of bells and whistles, according to CONLON/Christie's International Real Estate.
The nearly 6,000-square-foot home was designed with high-tech, fully-automated lighting, entertainment, window coverings, security system, sprinklers and eight HVAC zones.
The home also features an automated snow melting system.
The five bedroom and 5½-bath home features built-in cellphone boosters and wireless Internet access points throughout the house.
The home features a heated 2½-car garage, a master suite with a rain shower and heated floors. The kitchen has two dishwashers.
The home also features a 400-square-foot rooftop with a brick fireplace.
There are three additional decks throughout the house.
The home, which was built in 2010, was sold March 2.
